The Blue Studio is home to a highly talented community of working artists since 1998. This artist collective is currently located in the heart of the Mission District on the third and fourth floors of 2111 Mission Street in San Francisco. The Blue Studio occupies approximately 22,000 square feet of studio space consisting of 41 individual studios, which accommodates over 60 artists of various disciplines including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, jewelery design, filmmaking, and video production. The studio is a warm and welcoming oasis of wood floors, skylights, and large windows which helps create a warm and intimate working environment to create. In addition to work-only studios,

Located on the fourth floor is the Michelle O'Connor Gallery. The space is 1100 square feet and available as a rental gallery for artists. Click here for more details.

Our studio and gallery welcomes art collectors and the general public to view ongoing exhibitions and to visit its bi-annual open studio show. The Blue Studio community is committed to providing a supportive, innovative, and progressive environment in which working artists can flourish.

If you are interested in renting space or becoming part of this community, please email Michael Latronica and Robert Donald. Please include your contact information, a link to your website, and your workspace specifications.
